Sergio's film not only opened this year's Narrowsburg Film Festival in August, it walked off with the festival's top honors: Best Rising Star (BRIAN VINCENT), Best Actor (MICHAEL RODRICK), Best Director (Michael Sergio), and Best Feature Film.

Shot on location in Astoria, "UNDER HELLGATE BRIDGE" reveals the mean streets that run beneath NYC's Hellgate Bridge; a world where money, guns and drugs are a way of life. It is here that old enemies "Ryan" and "Vincent"confront each other in a battle for love and power.

"Under Hellgate Bridge" stars JONATHAN LaPAGLIA as "Vincent," Michael Rodrick as "Ryan," plus DOMINIC CHIANESE and VINCENT PASTORE (from HBO's run-away hit THE SOPRANOS), JORDAN BAYNE, BRIAN VINCENT, and the legendary character actor FRANK VINCENT (GOODFELLAS, RAGING BULL, CASINO, among other classics).

Awards are nothing new to Emmy winning Director Sergio. In July "UNDER HELLGATE BRIDGE," won the Nashville Independent Film Festival and the Regal Cinemas "Dreammaker Award."
